Hi! This recommendation round-up is for paid subscribers, and will go out bi-weekly. Subscriptions help me do more of this newsletter-writing thing, so if you like it/me/this, please consider a paid subscription! If you’d prefer to show your appreciation with the occasional tip, my Venmo is @Alice-Bradley-3 and here’s my PayPal. Thank you so much!

While I’m here in Italics Land, reminder that I have a free workbook, “Jumpstart Your Writing in Six Steps,” available here. And my first blog post is up!

First, a brief update on my whoopsie-daisies (as I like to call my vertiginous panic episodes) while walking. It was suggested to me (please remind me who suggested this! I can’t find your DM) that my panic was related to allergies, from which I am currently suffering. Makes sense, right? I immediately started on Flonase and Zyrtec, felt relief from the allergies within a week, and trotted confidently off to the Rail Trail, only to be flooded with panic within moments. Also, I don’t seem to have any problem walking with other people. So allergies are probably not the (only) culprit. First session of EMDR is next week, and I will report back.

Now: onto the recommendations!
